Drs. John and Lisa Bowen are pleased to offer refractive surgery co-management (LASIK and other procedures) with Gary Tylock, M.D.! Bowen Eye Care can save you time and money when you choose us for all of your post-op visits.

Dr. Tylock uses the latest technology, instrumentation, and techniques available today and he’s conveniently located in Irving (i.e.-- no long drives into Dallas or Fort Worth!). Not everyone is a good candidate for refractive surgery and Dr. Tylock will honestly tell you if he thinks you will be unsuccessful -- many other surgeons will not do this.

With any LASIK or refractive surgery procedure many office visits are required, and we realize that this takes time out of your already busy schedule. Dr. Tylock typically sees you prior to surgery, the day of surgery, and the day after. Drs. John and Lisa Bowen can provide the same post-op care at our Flower Mound office so that you don’t have to make arrangements to drive back and forth to Irving. We also have convenient Saturday hours and later-evening hours on Tuesdays. Your time is important to us and we strive to maintain a low waiting time for your scheduled appointments.

Our pre and post-op fees at Bowen Eye Care are $530 which includes your pre-op work-up and the following follow-up visits: one week, one month, three months, and six months.

Dr. John and Dr. Lisa offer complementary LASIK screenings to see if you are a good candidate for LASIK and to answer any questions that you might have.
