Our new Frequency 55 Multifocal has been a wonderful addition to our options for those patients who wear bifocals.  The majority of our current wearers have been able to reduce their dependence on reading glasses at least 75 percent of the time along with preserving adequate driving vision.  Very soon a new bifocal lens will also be available for our patients needing astigmatism correction.   This lens has had a great track record in it's non-astigmatism form, and we are predicting a similar success with it's toric sister lens.

Rigid Gas Permeable (RGP) lenses continue to provide excellent clear and comfortable vision for our presbyopic/bifocal population.  Newer designs are now available in addition to the tried-and-true lenses.
